BRIEF

Owner & founder of underwear brand Positive Pants Shelley Hyde was in need of designers to help design a campaign for her new branch of her company Ballsy Briefs. This campaign required us to design a new logo accommodating her already chosen slogan, a magazine spread, possible billboard & bus stop designs, templates for 2 Facebook contests, advertising posters & swing tags as well as anything else that would help reinforce Ballsy Briefs as a brand.

SOLUTION

As a group we discussed how we could create a positive and e ective portrayal of the brand and how we could make a strong impact on the underwear market. We wanted Ballsy Briefs to become a recognizable household name for men within Australia while allowing the possibility to go International if successful. We consulted with Shelley and decided that the colour scheme would be predominantly blues with elements of red so it will relate to the idea of “Aussie mate ship.” We submitted a broad range of logo ideas and Shelley was able to decide on the final design.

OUTCOME

We used this logo and implemented it onto our final magazine spread, our billboard & bus stop designs, swing tags, the 2 Facebook design templates, advertising posters as well as our extra campaign ideas which included a jumper, a 3D underwear model mock up, a van design as well as a Snapchat filter that will hopefully be used on the day of exhibition. All of these final designs were discussed within our group incorporating each team members ideas and skill sets. We believe these designs effectively portray the Ballsy Brief brand and will become a strong foundation for the company in the near and distant future.
