We needed to create a brand that interconnected the work the Non-for-Profit organisations achieve and showcase the students identified and considered design solutions.
The aim for QO17 is to change the perception of design at Deakin and design in general within the community. We believe that going beyond the given brief is vital in the creation of meaningful design solutions. Our ambition is to push the boundaries and produce a brand identity and exhibition that enhances the narrative of each solution and offers the most impact for our network of clients and the students.
We believe that design should go beyond what is visually beautiful, opening doors to new perspectives and inspiring thoughts for change. We aim to represent all stakeholders in a powerful and engaging manner, where the perspective and impact of design is disrupted. Through a heavy social media campaign and cohesive branding, followed by two events, we have pitched the graduating Deakin design cohort as industry ready professionals.
